Thank heavens this doctor had brains!
We found out that we weren't told exactly what this appointment was going to en tale. So thankfully the doctor was patient and told us that usually she has a 2 hour consult and then the testing itself takes around 2 hours. Yah, we weren't told any of this!
So we had a great consult. She wanted to know all his hospital stays from when we moved to Utah. Why the surgery's...etc. She even took notes!
Then she proceeded to tell us what the testing will involve. Some of it, I wasn't to sure of because it involved his gadget. But she assured us that she would check with that particular doctor to make sure it would be okay to put a probe in it. I know, to much info.
The testing will indicate if J had a blockage or if it's something neurological. They will but probes here and there and even EKG on his little bum to measure this and that.
Then there will be a doctor with this doctor to tell us our options.
Our appointment is for the 25th of July (she leaves on vacation the 7th). We were told to call her office every Monday and Thursday to see if there are any cancellations before the 7th.
Until then, we are hoping he continues to "be good"...
