So today we went to the U to get the pic line in J-man. While waiting for the pic team, we saw the surgeon come out of a room and towards us. He then proceeded to tell us that J's protein level was fine and that surgery will be scheduled for next week. I asked about J's severe dehydration, and he just said for us to keep doing what we have been doing. Really?!
So we were sent home and now we get to wait again until the phone call comes with the time of the surgery. That is if the stoma lasts.
Holy cow batman!
