WHEW
It's 5:30 on Monday and we are done.....WHEW...amen....etc, etc! Surgery went a little longer then expected, but nothing new. J's colon was referred to as floppy and large. DUH! VERY large....yup, that's why it didn't work! They don't know if this particular surgery will solve the problem due to a large bottom (rectum..TMI) The doctor won't let him go home until he knows for sure that everything, and I mean everything is working. So for now he is on an ice chip diet til tomorrow.

Whew is right!! We'll pray that recover goes better than expected and that this works!!!
